Final Sale on Cannabis Products
All cannabis products sold by OFFICIAL DISPOSABLE VAPES are considered final sale once they have been purchased and released to the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, flower, pre-rolls, vape cartridges, disposable vapes, concentrates, edibles, beverages, and infused products.
Because cannabis products cannot legally be resold after leaving our control, returns or exchanges are not permitted for opened, used, or removed items. This policy is in place to protect customer safety and ensure compliance with California cannabis regulations.
Eligible Refunds, Replacements, or Store
Credit

To be considered, you must contact OFFICIAL DISPOSABLE VAPES within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Proof of purchase is required, and clear photos of the product and original packaging may be requested to verify the issue. Once reviewed and approved, OFFICIAL DISPOSABLE VAPES will determine whether a replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate.

Non-Cannabis Merchandise Returns

Approved merchandise returns may be issued as a refund to the original payment method or as store credit, at OFFICIAL DISPOSABLE VAPES discretion.
Store Credit
In some cases, OFFICIAL DISPOSABLE VAPES may issue store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method. Store credit may be used toward future purchases and will be valid for the period specified at the time it is issued. Store credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been prepared for pickup or dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled. Approved cancellations made prior to fulfillment may be refunded to the original payment method, excluding any applicable processing fees.

Proof of Purchase and Verification

No Returns for Preference or Change of Mind. Refunds or exchanges are not offered for reasons related to personal preference, taste, potency expectations, or a change of mind. Cannabis affects individuals differently, and subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for a return under this policy.
